With an all-new ghost tour guide and an all-new tour, the Hebden Bridge Ghost Tour will explore Hebden’s grisly history. From the many bridges in the town to the ghastly mill history, to the hippies of Hebden to WWII tales, there’s a lot to unpack here.

When it comes to ghost stories, there are headless phantoms trotting up and down the canals and one particular circus master who lost his head in front of hundreds of witnesses.

Folklore is rife in Hebden Bridge, from horrible goblins stealing children in the night and luring them to death to witches being put on trial for no reason at all… or so they say…

Sylvia Plath’s poetry brings rhythm to the tour while “King” David Hartley ensures all tour guide tips are quadrupled in value.

The Hebden Bridge Ghost Tour is due to begin on 8th August 2026. The tour will begin at the Pack Horse Bridge and end in the same location. This haunted walk will last one hour and will stop at some of Hebden’s most haunted buildings and areas. Dogs are welcome on our tours and children under 3 years old go free.
